The Go Global team sit within the wider Research and Enterprise Department here at Bath Spa. Our aim is to enable students to access international opportunities through study, research and work abroad, and we also welcome in students to Bath Spa though our Exchange, Study Abroad and Freemover programmes. This role has been created to support our inbound students through Bath Spa experience and to expand our Study and Board and Freemover intake.
About the role
This role has two primary focuses, firstly to support our inbound exchange, study abroad, Freemover and J-term students through their student journey with Bath Spa. And secondly to work to increase the number of incoming feepaying students we receive through the Study Abord, Freemover and J-term schemes. This role will work closely with a wide variety of departments across the university and with equivalent roles with our international partners. The Go Global team are a small team who work closely together to support each other and cover each other’s absences to create a smooth student experience.
About you (requirements)
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience of a working with international students from a range of backgrounds. You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate across international boundaries, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. Overseas travel may be required as part of this role.
