The post-holder will also be responsible for managing staff and student enquiries, applying specialist knowledge to help staff and students with a wide range of queries. As well as maintaining module records and continually reviewing processes to maintain quality of service.
The role is also integral in providing an effective room booking service that supports the delivery of important non-teaching activities.
