About the roleAre you working in quality assurance with experience of policy and compliance? We have a new and rare opportunity for an Academic Quality Advisor to shape this position within our friendly and supportive Academic Governance and Quality team. This is a really exciting time to be joining a growing team with an expanded remit for shaping the University’s approach to partnership management.As our Academic Quality Advisor, you’ll scope objectives for and draft reports on partner visits, oversee the review and approval of partner policies, and develop bulletins on quality and standards to ensure partners understand and feel well supported in their academic compliance obligations.Your experience will be greatly valued and vital to not only supporting the Deputy Head in the redesign and implementation of revised partner quality assurance procedures but also your passion and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships and work closely with stakeholders across the University to ensure a consistent and efficient approach to partnership compliance.About you (requirements)You will be reflective and enthusiastic with experience of policy and compliance in either higher education or another regulated sector. You will have the confidence and professionalism to develop and maintain productive relations with internal staff at all levels of seniority, as well as external advisors and partner staff.As a natural problem solver with an analytical mind, you will thrive on applying your knowledge of set guidelines and procedures appropriately and have a passion for explaining complex concepts clearly to non-expert audiences.
