About the role
We are seeking a Programme Administrator to join our friendly team providing support to the Digital Skills Investment Programme Manager. You will provide a range of administrative and customer services to support processes and activities within the programme, ensuring a high quality service in support of staff and adult learners. You will be working closely with members of the professional services team within the External Affairs Unit, the academic staff delivering this skills programme and also external partners who are part of the delivery coalition. This is a fixed-term contract, covering an external project award.
About you (requirements)
You will be an effective team player who is willing to support colleagues and to deal professionally and efficiently with multiple tasks and requests. You will be able to work independently and with initiative, delivering high quality work to required deadlines. Numerate and literate, you will have good IT skills and will demonstrate close attention to detail to produce accurate work. You will have excellent customer service skills and will be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team, with colleagues across the University and also with our external partners.
